The FlyteVu ‘Creative Intelligence’ digital team is responsible for arming our clients with data and insights surrounding content creation & curation, social profile management, influencer outreach, community engagement, social sentiment, and content performance, as well as facilitating media buys across social platforms.

The Junior Digital Strategist is a crucial member of the team and is responsible for being an internal expert on both the current state of social platforms as well as the on-going developments across the arts, tech and media landscapes. The ideal candidate will also have a desire to learn Ads Platforms such as: Facebook, Google, and Snap.

Responsibilties

Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships with FlyteVu accounts, agency partners, 3rd parties, vendors and other partners as needed to execute campaigns and create new opportunities for clients/ prospects
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of client’s business to anticipate marketing and advertising challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives from data, articulating findings in a clear way to project stakeholders
  • Deep connection to on-going developments with the arts, tech & media landscapes
  • Conduct research around emerging content trends
  • Manage client reporting for all on-going projects
  • Desire to learn social ads platforms and how to facilitate media buys on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Google
  • Ability to work and oversee multiple accounts
  • Provide monthly billing reconciliation
  • Must be able to effectively communicate internally and externally in a manner consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct and core values
  • Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
  • Must be able and willing to work during non-business hours as needed or required to fulfill job requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • 2+ years agency digital marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain budgets and campaign timelines
  • Must have problem-solving mentality
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
  • Work well under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work with ambiguity at times
  • Ability to think ahead, independently and challenge oneself to learn and grow
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Apple Keynote

Additional Preferences/Not Required:

  • Entertainment or music experience
  • Experience with Basecamp or other Project Management Software
  • Experience with time tracking software
  • Experience with Dropbox or file management software

Education Required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Work closely with FlyteVu’s PR team to execute and coordinate key marketing programs
  • Contribute to the Creative Strategy for each Client program, activation and/or platform. Research, pursue and contribute creative ideas, new opportunities, and campaign strategies during Team Brainstorms
  • Research new media opportunities daily to gain understanding of the changing press landscape
  • Pitch creative concepts for press and media coverage for clients
  • Assist with on-site activation and fulfillment of client programs locally
  • Work closely with team to track and monitor program metrics/analytics and generate appropriate reporting
  • Coordinate external and internal meetings
  • Manage and organize projects, timelines, deliverables as needed through FlyteVu systems and software
  • General office tasks as assigned
  • Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
  • Must be able to effectively communicate internally and/or externally in a manner consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct and core values
