Responsibilties

  • Responsible for building client PR Strategy with Co-Director
  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships with publicists, managers, agents within the entertainment industry
  • Has solid database of high-level media contacts and continuously builds new relationships on a local, regional, and national level
  • Successful ability to pitch local, regional, and national press
  • Manage media partnerships and budgets
  • Manage PR team day to day: supervise, lead, train and inspire the PR team with best practices and sound recommendations, prioritize projects and deadlines for completion
  • Communicate & present plans to Clients as needed
  • Responsible for success of Client programs, including strategy adjustments mid-campaign or Crisis Communication responses
  • Manage PR deliverables for Talent and contracts
  • Must be able to effectively communicate internally and externally in a manner consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct and core values
  • Create & adjust internal processes to ensure ongoing communication with other FlyteVu teams, including Accounts, Creative, and Production
  • Responsible for providing client solutions, recommendations, and updates to Partners

The Account Director will aid in client acquisition, establish campaign strategy, maintain revenue goals & ensure proper client management. The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualize campaigns strategically, lead effectively and strengthen client relationships by ensuring overall campaign success.

  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships with FlyteVu accounts, agency partners, 3rd parties, vendors, media outlets and other partners as needed to execute campaigns and create new opportunities for clients/ prospects
  • Ability to work and oversee multiple accounts
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of client’s business to anticipate marketing and advertising challenges and opportunities
  • Supervise, lead and support the accounts team with best practices and sound recommendations
  • Ensure proper training & reviews for accounts team
  • Must be able to effectively communicate internally and externally in a manner consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct and core values
  • Manage Phase 1 new campaign creation: strategy, brief, budget, campaign guidelines, timeline, talent contracts and metrics spreadsheet
  • Lead and assist in all client presentations

Under general supervision, with latitude for independent judgment and decision, is responsible for managing and leading day to day responsibilities for FlyteVu clients with the goal of  a) building and maintaining and growing relationships with clients b) creating impactful campaigns and promotions to extend the brand and raise the profile of our clients and c) work with FlyteVu team members to activate and execute marketing plans o/b/o FlyteVu clients.

  • Manage all day-to-day tasks involved with servicing FlyteVu Clients and be main point-of-contact for all Client communication
  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships with FlyteVu accounts, agency partners, 3rd parties, and other partners as needed to execute campaigns and create new opportunities for FlyteVu clients
  • Lead the development of programs for Clients, and assist with pitching to gain approvals
  • Understand key components of building successful program from the Client perspective, including strategy, branding, publicity, KPIs
  • Prepare and submit project budgets for all marketing activities, work within established budget to execute and reconciling budget at completion of project
  • Review and approve all materials before sending to the Client
  • Work with Project Managers, Publicity Team, Creative and Operations departments to execute programs
