High-Level Job Description
FlyteVu is seeking a Junior Creative to support our fast-paced Creative Department across a wide range of client and internal projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, and excited by the intersection of entertainment, pop culture, and brand storytelling.
As a Junior Creative, you’ll work directly with the Creative Director and creative leads to assist in the development of presentations, campaign concepts, social media strategies, and new business pitches. Day-to-day tasks will range from pulling images, organizing decks, taking notes during brainstorms, conducting research, and contributing to copywriting and concept development.
You don’t need to be a writer yet, but you should be eager to learn. This is a collaborative, hands-on role with room to grow on our creative team.
Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities
- Support creative leads by contributing to ideation, campaign development, and content creation
- Presenting creative ideas to the account teams and clients as required
- Assist with creative development of assets for campaigns and presentations
- Ensure creative assets meet quality standards and deadlines
- Take notes during meetings and distribute to the team in a timely manner
- Communicate updates to Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, Producers, and Account Directors
- Take on new challenges as needed to support creative campaigns as needs change
- Break down projects into actionable steps with timelines for delivery
- Secure third-party partners as needed for creative projects
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with company’s Code of Conduct and core values
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Available to work outside of standard business hours when required
- Office presence required at least three days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with flexibility for up to five days as needed
- Must be able to travel as required, with a current and valid passport

Required Competencies/Skills
- Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and brand partnerships
- Understanding basic client marketing problems and developing relevant creative ideas and concepts to solve the problem and to meet the brief
- Ability to think proactively, independently, positively and challenge oneself to learn and grow
- Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate deliverables, and able to take initiative to meet deadlines
- Strong research, time management, and planning skills
- Experience in copywriting, creative writing, or content development
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain timelines
- Must have problem-solving mentality and work well under pressure
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work with ambiguity at times
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite, Apple Keynote, Google Workspace
- Must have the ability to remain poised, composed, and professional when interacting with celebrities, high-profile individuals, and VIPs

- Entertainment, film, or music industry experience
- Experience with Basecamp or other Project Management Software
- Experience with time-tracking software
- Experience with file management software
- Experience with Google Workspace and Google Drive
