OPPORTUNITY
Mental health is an issue for health care workers and was a crisis during Covid 19 pandemic. Vanderbilt Health needed a way to give back to their employees and make them feel supported.
IDEA
We launched the first annual Work Perks program for Vanderbilt Health during September of 2022, creating a custom website that was live for the month, offering over one million perks for employees to choose from.
Each week’s perks were curated around a different theme, and included: Music + Entertainment, Health + Wellness, Attractions, and Food + Beverage.
We created partnerships with 93 local and national businesses, perks included free and discounted offerings such as tickets, massages, workout classes, memberships, experiences and gift cards.
Employees received two perks a week and an additional “Pick-a-Perk” and “Spin to Win” to wheel experiences where they could win even more.
To close out the program, employees were eligible to enter “The Ultimate Staycation Sweepstakes,” which awarded five winners a Nashville adventure including a one-night stay at The Bobby Hotel, dinner at an M Street Restaurant, a Visit Music City Star Card, wine from Natchez Hills Winery and a gift basket of local favorites.
IMPACT
Vanderbilt Health’s Work Perks gained national recognition in the healthcare industry press, positioning Vanderbilt Health as a leader in the industry.
